This can be frustrating. You have carefully selected the recipients of your gifts to select the ones who usually give the gift back. You cannot access the "Publish" Button. You try scrolling to the bottom and still no luck. This is an easy fix. Press the "Tab" once or a few times until you see the "Publish" button. (Click to enlarge)
As you can see, I scrolled all the way to the bottom and still cannot access the "Publish" button until I press the "Tab" key.

ReplyDeleteI knew about that "tab trick" already, but it's still incredibly annoying if you have to hit it up to five times whenever you want to publish.

Is anyone else having problems with the Gift Box on Farmville..... I have over 320 gifts but the box will not open... i have tried Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox, but it isnt working on either of them.... i need those gifts!!

Have you both tried submitting a support ticket to Zynga? When developers update their programs and push them to the production (live) servers, sometimes problems arise. What tests well in the quality testing phase does not always transfer well to production. This is usually due to server settings but something like the version of Adobe Flash being different on the live servers, for example, could cause problems. Try to be patient. I've had good experiences with Zynga so far.

ReplyDeleteHave you updated your browser's plug ins? Go to www.adobe.com. Click on "download" and select get adobe shockwave player. Even if you already have the player, you can download the latest version here. Also try contacting Zynga support. The link is at the bottom of the screen when you are in Farmville. Click on one of the topics and look in the upper right-hand corner for Chat live or email support. Hope this helps!
